Mount View Mobile Home Park

An important site in our community is Mountview Mobile Home Park. It was built in 1974. The address is 6724 17th Ave. S.E. The hours of operation of the management office are 9 am to 5 pm. Mr. Davis and Mr. Brown owns it. There are two people that own it and five that work in the office. Their occupations include keeping the grounds clean and cutting the grass. It is open to the residents and their guests. It provides a place to live for many families. The people who live there have access to a basketball court and a playground. The services that it provides are shelter and water. A farm was here before the trailer park was built. The positive effect on our community is that it is a comfortable place to live and it is quiet. It is an important part of our community because many of the students in our school are bussed from Mountview each day. It is called Mountview because you can see the mountains from the trailer park.
