The Iron and Water Can

The iron and water can is from the pioneers.  The iron is very heavy.  Pioneer women used it for ironing.  They put it on the stove and then put it on their clothes.

This iron is 20 pounds!  The sprayer would be filled with water and the woman would blow through the cone shaped tube.  This would force water to spray out a hole at the very end.  This would help to get out those tricky wrinkles!  I bet she would love to get her hands on one of our modern irons!
