An Adding Machine

This Machine is likely from the 1930's or 1940's.  We found it in the basement of our school!  It is interesting to think that this machine is one of the first "calculators!"  It would have been used in stores or banks to help add up large sums of money.  It even had a way to print out totals and calculations.  Now we have many different ways to add up money including calculators and computer technology.
