When
we were studying Calgary's wonders we could not help thinking of our precious
school. We decided to do a report on it, so here it is. When we think of Edgemont
School, we think of mountain peaks, because of the roof. In the heart of the
school is the library, which has some great books. It's my favourite school
in the world, because of the extraordinary staff!! Our teacher's wonderful name
is Mrs. Harms, and we LOVE having her teach us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Did
you know that our school has an architectural pyramid on top of it's library??
Did you know that every hallway in this school has a name???????????? They include:
Wild Rose Street N, Chinook Street N, The Aspen Grove, Chinook Street S, Wild
Rose Street S, Silver Willow Avenue NE, Alberta Avenue, Glacier Avenue, and
Crocus Avenue SE. The view from the school is like I said for the staff, EXTRAORDINARY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What's very interesting about this school is it has 4 levels. Its roof colours
are basically: blue and yellow. All the rest of the outside of the school is
creamy white. I am proud that I have the opportunity to attend Edgemont School.
